Pendant plusieurs années dans ma période d'adolescence j'ai composé avec le bonheur et la tristesse de façon intermittente sans trop comprendre. Avec le recul des années j'ai finis par comprendre que j'avais sûrement passé plusieurs épisodes dépressive du à mon hypersensibilité et à ma consommation d'alcool et de drogues. Pendant cette période j'ai composé beaucoup. Voici quelques unes de ces pièces musicales qui correspondent à cette période. Les titres ne représentent pas ma réalité car je n'ais jamais eu d'aide médical même si parfois cela aurait pu m'aider. Aujourd'hui je vais bien. Je mène une vie sobre et j'ai trouvé des outils, des langages intérieur, qui me permettent de composer avec la vie et ses saisons. Bonne écoute! Merci grandement de m'encourager!


For several years in my teenage years I dealt with happiness and sadness intermittently without really understanding. With the passing of the years I ended up realizing that I had surely passed several depressive episodes due to my hypersensitivity and my consumption of alcohol and drugs. During this period I composed a lot. Here are some of these musical pieces that correspond to this period. The titles do not represent my reality because I have never had medical help even if sometimes it could have helped me. Today I'm fine. I lead a sober life and I have found tools, interior languages, which allow me to deal with life and its seasons. Good listening! Thank you very much for encouraging me!
